Drunk and underaged? Nothing else to do? Why not call 911 and report you've been raped?
According to police, that's exactly what William Seebold, 18, did this last Thursday night.
When the police showed up at the scene, however, there was Seebold and another man hanging out. Seebold admitted he was drunk and just playing around. He stated he had drunk four shots and had nowhere to go for the night.
Police determined he was intoxicated based on the alcohol odor and his bloodshot eyes (I would assume his admitting he had drunk four shots didn't hurt), and that he was a danger to himself. He was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication.
Just a harmless prank . . . unless it had resulted in the police targeting an innocent person.
